I'm in possession of a complete PDF blueprint of my residential building, which I'd like transformed into an engineer-approvable CAD design. The final output is intended to be used for building permit applications.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Experience in converting PDF files into CAD designs
• Familiarity with drafting residential building plans
• Understanding of building code requirements to aid in generating code-compliant models
• Structural engineering background is a huge plus
The blueprint covers every room in the building, therefore a comprehensive CAD design that captures all elements will be appreciated.
