I'm looking for a professional drafter to create Building Regulations compliant drawings for an entire residential property based on existing detailed plans I have.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software or similar
- Knowledge of Building Regulations for residential properties
- Ability to interpret and adapt from existing detailed plans
Please note, the successful freelancer will have access to and work from comprehensive existing plans.
The project must be completed within 3 days. The drawings should be created using AutoCAD. Ensure that all key structural elements are highlighted in the drawings. Adhere to general Building Regulations without specific local considerations. Please deliver the final drawings as AutoCAD files.
