Residential Building Plans Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a professional drafter to assist in creating a new set of residential building plans from an existing set of dwg plans. This will involve transposing most of the information from the old set to the new set and updating key areas. The aim is to recreate all the sheets for submission to the building department as soon as possible.
Key tasks:
- Use existing dwg/pdf plans as a template
- Update and recreate floor plans, elevations and sections (I have the updated dwg/s just need to plug in)
- Ensure all sheets are ready for building department submission
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in CAD software, particularly with .dwg files
- Experienced in cut and paste pdf, dwg files and editing and merging docs
- Attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints
