Residential Building Permit Draftsman Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm in need of a qualified draftsman to assist with completing a building permit for a residential property in the Philippines. The necessary documents have been prepared by an engineer, but I require help with finalizing and submitting the following:
- Structural plans
- Electrical and plumbing plans
- Architectural plans (already drawn-up as a basic layout)
The chosen draftsman must possess a thorough understanding of the Philippines building code regulations and have considerable experience in drawing-up and supervising the completion process until securing Building Permit Approval for a residential building in the Philippines. Please do NOT bid unless you have proper PROOF you have previously completed such project in the Philippines. Your primary tasks will involve an overall review and finalization of the structural and electrical/plumbing plans, as well as finalizing the architectural plans.
