Hello,
I'm looking for a skilled architect or interior designer to assist with the finishing designs of an existing residential building. The work will include facade design, interior finishing for apartments, entrance, staircase, and basement.
Project Details:
Location: Egypt (exact location can be provided later)
Land size: 209 sqm
Built-up area:
Basement: 105 sqm
Ground floor: 105 sqm
Upper floors (3 levels): 120 sqm each
Total: Basement + Ground + 3 Floors = 4 floors above ground
Scope of Work:
Exterior facade design (modern or classic – open to suggestions)
Interior finishing for one apartment model (living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms)
Entrance, staircase, and light well finishing design
Material and color suggestions (tiles, paint, ceilings, lighting)
Deliverables: Executable files (AutoCAD + 3D renderings)
Preferred:
Prior experience in residential buildings (especially in Egypt or GCC)
Clear communication and timely delivery
Provide cost breakdown per section (facade, apartment, staircase, etc.)
Please include in your proposal:
Portfolio or examples of previous work
Estimated delivery time
Total cost or cost per design component
