Residential Building Design Collaboration

I’m Pramod Rajput, a civil engineer preparing a new residential project and I need a skilled designer to turn my concept sketches and technical notes into a full, build-ready package. The scope centres exclusively on Building Design for a single-family residence, so every drawing and model you create should be geared toward comfortable living spaces, efficient structural detailing and code compliance.

My role will be to supply site dimensions, initial layout ideas and the local regulations we must respect; your role is to refine those inputs into:

• Architectural floor plans, elevations and sections
• Structural framing details coordinated with the architectural set
• A simple 3D model (any mainstream BIM or CAD platform works—AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to help visualise massing and finishes
• Final files delivered in both editable (DWG/RVT/SKP) and print-ready PDF formats

I’m available throughout the process for quick clarifications, so clear communication and steady progress updates are important.
