Residential Building CAD Layout Creation

I am seeking a proficient and experienced CAD designer for a residential building project.
i need similar design on the attachment only i need to move the door to the other side see the attachment

I need complete measurement and i need 2 revision encase there is some change on the measurement this also going to be verify with engineer
after final i need 3D plan
