Residential Blueprints for New Construction

I'm seeking a professional who can create comprehensive blueprints for a new residential construction project. The blueprints need to encompass all necessary aspects of architectural and engineering designs, including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.

Key Deliverables:
- Detailed architectural blueprints
- Comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering designs
- Drainage and Grading Plans
- Elevations
- All blueprints should meet the standards for obtaining residential permits (Phoenix, AZ)
- Stamped Architectural Plans
- QUICK delivery
- CAD File for current plans available (they are not the best), but if we can have those edited and adjusted to be city approved that would be ideal due to short timeline
- If you have previous plans approved from the city of phoenix that are similar (flat roof) or can make easy adjustments, that is okay too (similar bathroom/bedroom/sq.ft count).
- ***Must be able to provide full name, architectural license number approved by the state of AZ!!!!***
