Residential 2-Bedroom Floor Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I require a skilled architectural drafter/designer to develop a floor plan for a residential project boasting 2 bedrooms. At a minimum, the floor plan should entail these integral areas:
- Kitchen - Full Size appliances - dining area for 6 people
- Bathroom - 2 - with 1 bath with Kohler Walk In Tub w/Shower- tub/shower in 2nd bedroom
- Living room - large 8’ high window wall, or garage door with full glass to open onto exterior paver patio for entertaining
- Walk-in closet both bedrooms
- 10’ ceilings- or vaulted ceilings to create volume
- Both bedrooms setup as Master Suite style
- Stacked full size washer & Dryer or European combo washer/dryer unit in hall or bedroom or bath location with door to hide
Totaling around 800 square feet and based on 12'x12' modules is the target, with 2 car 24’x24’ with 9’ ceiling, with Guest 1 bedroom - 1 bath - Compact Kitchen bungalow above garage - Cottage Style exterior appearance- Front Entry to house with small alcove area before entering main house - lots windows for natural light - 2x6 exterior walls for high insulative factor
Your experience with residential floor plans is critical, and previous work samples would be highly appreciated in the bid for showcasing your expertise. Familiarity with space planning and an eye for ergonomics will be instrumental in this project.
