Residential Bedroom Extension Drawings

I need detailed architectural drawings for a residential bedroom extension.

Requirements:
- Drawings must comply with local building regulations and include floor plan as well as elevations.
- Include structural, electrical, and plumbing layouts
- High-quality, professional presentation

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in residential architectural design
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and creativity

I already had pdf drawings from CAD of the existing property so can share these to be converted to CAD, and then for the extension to added to it.

I have indicated in red where i want the extension. It is just single storey with a flat roof, to include a bedroom, entrance and a cupboard.
