Residential 2D Architecture Drafting

I have a complete set of house plans in PDF format that need to be converted to CAD. I need to modify the exterior design to look more coastal by adding balconies. I also need to shorten the depth due to the balconies on the front and rear of the home. Minimal changes on the interior. The house will be built in a coastal area of Texas, and I will need sealed final documents for the city and HOA. Seals for Home and windstorm review. The garage has a porte cochere that can be converted to garage area.
