Residential Architectural Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of an architectural draftsperson with experience in residential drafting. The project involves creating floor plans and elevations for a future residential property. I have an existing ~8000 sf Barn with a curved roof which I am interested in documenting in some form of Cad document. I will provide sketches and dimensions for you to do this. I am planning to purchase Home Architect Pro. to add onto your files, (4) -1000sf residential loft units. Depending on our working relationship, I may continue to use your services to complete the plans for this "Barndominium" conversion.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in architectural software like Chief Architect, Home Designer Pro., AutoCAD, Cedreo.com, SketchUp, or similar.
- Experience in designing residential properties.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate floor plans, elevations and 3D visualizations.
- Seeking file compatibility with Chief Architects Home Designer Pro to continue making design changes by myself or you. File compatibilty with AutoCad /Lite is a plus for working with local engineers, etc.
Future site and landscape design compatibility is also a plus.
