Residential Architectural Drafting Needed

I'm seeking an experienced architectural draftsman familiar with residential projects. For this specific project, the services I require are:
- Architectural drafting: Including careful detailing and precise rendering of floor plans, elevation views, as well as section views.
An ideal freelancer for this job would have professional experience in architectural drafting, particularly in relation to residential housing. I am primarily looking for accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly visualise and translate my architectural concepts into an effective plan. Previous work with residential projects is a definite plus.
(I'm also looking for someone to create a template for me with thought out line weights , layers etc that I can use and create my own drawings
