Residential Architectural Drafting Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a deservingly talented drafter to create detailed, accurate architectural designs for a medium-sized, multi-family home/granny flats. Drafting will be focused on quality, precision, and adherence to architect-defined specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive working drawings ready for council submission.
- provide energy efficiency for each job.
- Work closely with me to ensure alignment with vision
- Implement changes smoothly and promptly
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in residential architectural drafting
- Knowledge of multi-family home standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- drawing MUST be completed within 5 days complete with energy efficiency.
- must have an understanding of the Western Australian building codes.
This is for ongoing work.
