Residential Architect for Full Design Project

Seeking a skilled residential architect to undertake detail design project. Renovation and Extension.
Concept design in place and CAD / BimX model already prepared for concept.

Require -
1. Notated & Dimensioned CAD Site Plan
2. Notated & Dimensioned CAD Floor Plans (All levels)
3. Notated & Dimensioned CAD Ceiling Plans (All levels)
4. Notated & Dimensioned CAD Elevations
5. Notated & Dimensioned CAD Cross sections
6. Notated & Dimensioned CAD Details
7. Notated & Dimensioned Joinery Plans & Elevations
8. Notated & Dimensioned Bathroom Plans & Elevations
9. Notated & Dimensioned Kitchen Plans & Elevations

2B : Schedules
1. Works Schedule
2. Exterior Finishes Schedule
3. Interior Finishes Schedule
4. Door & Window Schedule
5. Sanitary Fixtures & Fittings Schedule

I will need PDF (A3 1:100) and CAD files. Also will the BimX model be updated.

These need to be designed to meet Australian standards for –
a) National Construction Code 2022
b) The AS1428 is the minimum design standard for new and existing buildings, ensuring building accessibility for people with disabilities

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in detailed residential design.
- Experience in drawing up floor plans, elevations and interior layouts.
- Proficiency or certification in BimX modeling.
- Proven ability to produce comprehensive detailed drawings.
- Prior experience working on housing project of similar scale and detail.
