Residence Remodel in Miami Dade Florida- Draft Person
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Hi,
I'm looking for a drafter that can produce a set of plans to submit to the city of Miami Dade for permits.
I will send the complete design, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Electrical, Plumbing etc.
I will also need revisions. It is a single family residence. Wil demo some walls and add a 2nd story.
The existing residence is 3,169sq ft, .acres 78 lot.
The new house will have 4 bedrooms with their bathrooms on the second floor, stairs and on the 1st floor, there are 3 1/2 baths and will remodel to make an entertainment center/theater, family room, kitchen, living and dining room areas and an little gym separated from the house.
I just need the drafting services. I'm currently working on the preliminary design which I can have ready in the next couple of weeks.
