Replacement roof plans for planning permission.

I am in the process of getting planning and listed building consent for a replacement roof for our cottage in Storrington
I had basic plans drawn up online, however the council say they are not scaling correctly. It is just the roof that is being replaced, no other building work. I have measurements and the plans already sent in but need someone to complete the plans.
