Renovation Floor Plans Needed

I have a scale drawing (PDF) floor plan of my house and need two renovation floor plans accurately drawn based on my marked-up ideas.

Requirements:
- Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Add furniture layout to the plans
- Provide a detailed layout with furniture placement
