Render a floor plan

I'm trying to create a business standard with offering rendered floor plans to my clients so they can use in marketing their properties. I am looking for this to become a partnership with someone that I can bring on board to do all my renderings for a consistent look. Attached is a typical floor plan that you would receive from me and a visual of the style of rendering I am seeking from you. I would need to know how much per floor plan and how much time you need to complete the assignment? The file you would receive from me is an AutoCad .dwg file.
