Refurbishment - Nuneaton

I have obtained Planning Approval on behalf of my client - for the conversion of an upper storey of a public - for residential use (staff accommodation). I have a structural engineer involved - but need someone to produce the details and specification for a Building Regulations submission. I can provide the CAD drawings. I am working to a limited budget - and have been let down by someone - so need somebody who can look at it quickly and work with me.
