I am seeking assistance with a refund request related to a series of replacement windows that have been both defective and improperly installed.
Details of the Issues:
- The windows have visible cracks and damage as well as improper sealing or alignment.
- The installation was poorly done with lack of proper insulation, incorrect measurements, and failure to adhere to manufacturer instructions and building codes (IBCs, IRCs, IGCCs) and industry guidelines (ASTM International).
- All of the windows leak water and have caused damage to my home resulting in a devaluation.
- The installers damaged my floors, walls, window finishes and the mortar on the exterior.
- The sales person and the installers were deceptive and misrepresented their product.
- The company has refused to repair, replace or redo the essential work needed to conform to the manufacturers standards, building codes or industry standards.
