Redraw plan from pdf and give me AutoCAD file. I don't want plugins work. I want to redraw it.

Hello! I am looking for someone to help me redraw a plan from a pdf and turn it into an AutoCAD file. I want everything to be redrawn - none of the work should be done using plugins. The scale is to be customized, and I need all details from the original plan to be included in the new one. No additional elements are to be added; other than what is in the original plan, it should look just the same. If you have experience in AutoCAD and can take on this project, please let me know.
