Redraw House Plans with Basement Modifications

I'm seeking a professional to revise my house plans. The primary goal is to incorporate new features, primarily in the basement and swapping the bathroom and laundry room. this is new construction. we haven't built anything. need to add a basement to a plan thats currently a slab plan. and we would like to swap laundry and bathroom with each other. that back up to each other
