Redesign kitchen/living/dining floor plan

I need help redesigning for kitchen/living/dining area for a renovation. We need to reorient the existing kitchen 90 degrees, add a butlers kitchen and add an office. Looking for some ideas to improve layout (sketches by hand) and then to be drawn in autocad for construction. (just floor plan, no 3Ds).
