Redesign of DWG House for Customization
Budget: $50 – $0 AUD
I am looking to find an experienced architect who can help modify my residential house design in DWG (AutoCAD) format. I have some specific alterations in mind for the new build:
- Add an extra bedroom
- Expand the living room area
- Complete renovation of the kitchen
Furthermore, I am looking to modify the layout of the house which includes:
- Alterations to the roof and external wall line
- Required modifications for associated elevations and sections
- Need to incorporate a step into the roof line to align with the wall line
Proficiency in DWG (AutoCAD) or similar software is a must for accurate resizing and adjusting of the existing plans. Previous experience in residential design, as well as knowledge in current building standards and requirements, is preferred.
