We need an exact digital recreation of a custom floor plan for a one-bedroom apartment. The original design is hand-drawn, and we require a professional, digital version that is true to the original in every detail.

Requirements

Create an exact digital replica of the provided floor plan
Maintain all measurements and proportions as shown in the original

Include all features present in the original design:

Living room with couch and TV unit
Kitchen with appliances and dining area
Bedroom with bed and closet space
Bathroom with all fixtures
Any additional storage or utility areas


Use industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
Provide the final design in both CAD format and as a high-resolution PDF

Deliverables
