Rebar detailing for residential house

I have structural markup for garage and retaining walls which I would like to rationalise into accurate plans of each direction & above from which we can build from. Alternatively it could produced directly in the 3d model.

A rebar schedule should then be produced so we can order the elements.

We have dwg / ifc model of the house.
