I’m ready to give my home a fresh, cohesive look and need a designer who can translate a modern aesthetic across three key areas—living room, kitchen and bedroom. The property is in India, yet I’m open to fully remote collaboration as long as communication is prompt and drawings are accurate to site measurements.
I already have a clear preference for clean lines, neutral palettes and purposeful accents, so you’ll be free to focus on space planning, material selection and visual storytelling rather than guessing my style. With more than 11 years coordinating renovation work, I understand the value of detailed documentation and timely feedback and will keep the decision-making process quick.
Deliverables I expect:
• Concept/mood boards that establish colours, textures and key furniture pieces
• Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts for all three spaces
• High-resolution 3D renders or walkthroughs to help visualise lighting and flow
• A concise schedule listing furniture, fixtures and finishes with sourcing links available in India
• One consolidated revision round after the first full presentation
All files should arrive in editable formats (DWG or PDF for plans, JPEG/PNG for renders, and an itemised Excel sheet for schedules). If you work primarily in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD or similar industry tools, just let me know—compatibility is crucial.
Timeframe is flexible but I’d like the initial concepts within two weeks of kickoff. If this aligns with your expertise, share a brief portfolio link highlighting modern residential projects and note any pan-India collaborations you’ve handled before.
