Quote for 3D (AutoCAD)flat renders, designed by interior architects

Hello,

I request a quote for the following 3D high quality(need to seems like pictures) renders (AutoCAD + PDF files only) :

- one 3D render for a contemporary (Stark style) designed flat
- one 3D render for a bohemian / Scandinavian designed flat
- one 3D render for a rustic/authentic designed flat
- one 3D render for an Haussmanian (typically Parisian) designed flat


Each design need to include :
* 1 master bedroom (23 sqm)
* 1 child bedroom (18 sqm)
* 1 office (10 sqm)
* 1 mix room kitchen and living (35 sqm)
* 1 bathroom (shower only) (10 sqm)
* 1 entrance (6 sqm).

Then, please add some 3D render declinaisons for each design :
- replace « 1 office, 1 mix room kitchen and living » by 1 separated kitchen and living room
- replace « 1 master bedroom (23 sqm) » and « 1 bathroom (bath and shower) (13 sqm) » by 1 master bedroom including an open bathroom (one bath and one shower)

Each design need a specific day and night lighting.

You can only use 3D furnitures currently sold by
- IKEA
- MAISONS DU MONDE
- ALINEA
- CASTORAMA

The scope is to be creative with low budget furnitures/materials.

I’ll provide you some AIRBNB pictures to make your time more efficient.
