Quick and Easy Architectural Plan

We are renovating a small office suite, and urgently need basic architectural plans for the purpose of obtaining permission from the building owner.

The suite is only 61 sq m and we are reconfiguring only some of the existing partitions so it is a small job but needed quickly.

This job requires you to produce the following:
1. Floor plan showing existing layout, marked with the proposed amendments suitably annotated;
2. Internal wall elevations, also marked with the proposed amendments and relevant notes; and
3. Ceiling grid plan showing existing lighting (no amendments), existing fire services (no amendments), and air-conditioning (with amendments).

You will be provided with the following materials to enable you to do the job:
1. Hand drawn sketch of the existing floor layout, together with all dimensions;
2. Sketches of proposed amendments with dimensions;
3. Detailed descriptions of the alteration work required and the materials to be used to enable notations to be made on the plans;
4. Hand drawn sketch of the current ceiling plan;
5. Photographs of the existing premises; and
6. Identification information for labelling the plans.

The diagrams should comply with normal Australian standards.

We propose to select a suitable submission today (Friday, 9 February 2024) and provide the information set out above.

Completion of the job is required before close of business on Monday, 12 February 2024.
