I'm seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience on medium-sized residential and commercial construction projects. The tasks include:
- Quantity takeoff
- Cost estimating
- Tender document preparation
The ideal candidate should have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent negotiating skills. Experience in working with diverse construction projects will be ideal.
I have 6 tenders I need a QS to review/evaluate, there are some design changes that will need a alteration to current tender submissions.
