Please reply only if you have specific experience with steel buildings. We will provide you with drawigns and the materials we use , and will require takeoffs of Walls, floor, sub floor , and Roof , But not for timber or steel. But for
Plaster,paint, flooring, Windows doors, architraves, cladding. Also bathrooms , and all accessories and Kitchen etc. The timber walls and frames are prefabricated by us separately. We will have a min of 6 jobs a month. All jobs are under 50 sq meters, with some at 80 sq meters. Unless you have a thorough knowledge of take-off and quanitity surveying please dont contact us.
