I'm in need of a professional drafter or architect to create a comprehensive set of plans for a new residential quadplex constructed from SIP (Structural Insulated Panels). The plans required encompass:
- Architectural Plans: This should include detailed blueprints of the quadplex, incorporating all necessary elements for a residential building.
- Structural Plans: These plans should outline the structural components of the building, ensuring its stability and safety.
