Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced proposal development specialist to create high-quality, winning bid templates for public-sector and institutional projects across multiple energy and lighting segments.

Our work includes municipal, school district, and public-facility projects in:
• Sports field & stadium lighting
• Interior/public facility lighting (schools, municipal buildings, transit, etc.)
• Street and area lighting
• Solar PV (with optional storage / PPA structures)

The objective is to develop geographically adaptable proposal templates that position our solutions competitively against established industry leaders.

Scope of Work

You will develop multiple proposal templates that are:

1) Segment-Specific

Create separate templates for:
• Sports & stadium lighting
• Interior/public facility lighting
• Street/area lighting (if applicable)
• Solar PV systems (municipal/institutional)

2) Geography-Specific

Templates must be adaptable by region and include:
• Territory-appropriate pricing assumptions
• Labor/union considerations (where relevant)
• Local regulatory and code references (UL, Title 24, DLC, Buy America, etc.)
• State/utility incentive language where applicable
• Regional project references or case-study structure



Proposal Structure Requirements

Each template should include:

Executive Summary
• Concise, persuasive value proposition tailored to public decision-makers.

Technical Design Section
• System architecture and engineering approach
• Equipment specifications and standards
• Photometrics / lighting levels (for sports & interior)
• Structural considerations (EPA, wind load, pole integrity for sports)
• Installation methodology and project schedule

Operations & Maintenance
• Warranty structure
• Maintenance approach
• Remote monitoring / smart controls
• Lifecycle and reliability discussion
