-Design single story building with hi Siri and flat roof-with heliport, I’m double of the roof-15 to 20 meter in diameter.
-Building material: the wall/ceiling made from clear perplex/plastic material-see through walls and ceiling.
-Maximum of 10 rooms/with five bedrooms with area of 5 m²
-must have a Zen deck,
-Notes-you’ll get the idea from this point on.... and auto land title under my name/also property/land contract, sale.
