Project Pantera

Am a developer looking to build some low cost housing. Am looking to submit some plans/drawings to zoning department for the viability of the project. The project is mixed use with a community center and parking on the ground floor and residential units above. I have the design all worked out but I will need scaled drawings (as required by city) along with legend to show the project meets zoning requirements, in autocad (.dwg) format and .pdf format.
