Project: Design & Analysis of 6 FRP Tanks – Fabrication Drawings + FEA

We are seeking a skilled mechanical designer or engineering team to deliver a complete design package for 6 FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) tanks. This includes:

Scope of Work:
2D CAD drawings for fabrication (AutoCAD preferred)

FEA analysis (stress, buckling, and load-bearing checks)

Dimensional modeling with nozzle details, supports, and manholes

Material specs and thickness recommendations based on fluid type and pressure

Compliance-ready documentation for manufacturing and client submission

Tank Details:
Volume range: 5KL to 30KL

Fluids: Industrial chemicals (non-flammable)

Installation: Outdoor, with wind/seismic considerations

Standards: IS/ASTM/BS codes preferred

Deliverables:
Editable CAD files (.dwg/.dxf)

FEA reports (PDF + native format)

BOM and fabrication-ready drawings

Optional: 3D renders for client presentation

Ideal Freelancer:
Experience in FRP/GRP tank design

Familiarity with industrial standards and fabrication practices

Quick turnaround and responsive communication

Please include samples of past work, timeline estimates, and your preferred software stack. Bonus if you’ve worked with EPCs or PMCs in India.
