A topographic survey map for a vacant land is available. Need an alley way drafted. Vacant land is a rectangular corner property. Behind the property a 20 ft alley way has to be built. Land for alley way has to be graded. Need a draftsman to draw the alley to be submitted to city. Project is in East bay (SF bay area) of California
