Professional Site Plan Drafting for Gazebo
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a scaled site plan drafted for zoning/building review to build a Gazebo. I will provide a basic sketch or plat, but I need it professionally done with the following included:
Boundary lot lines and dimensions
North arrow and scale used
Name & location of abutting street
Approximate outline of existing structures (driveway, house, accessory buildings)
Proposed gazebo and concrete patio, including labeled dimensions
Distances from gazebo to side and rear property lines
Floodplain limits, drainage easement (20 ft), sanitary sewer easement (20 ft), and Atlanta gas light easement (75 ft) — all per plat
Delivered as PDF and original source file (CAD, DWG, etc.)
The plan must be drawn to scale using either an engineer's or architect's scale of 1” = 10’ or 1” = 20’. The plan should clearly indicate the scale used and include a north arrow for orientation.
