Professional Architect required to draw blueprint designs for gaining construction permit

Blueprints for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in USA NJ. we need this asap. we hired someone on Fiverr to do it up to NJ code. All contractors that have reviewed the blueprints have said they are incomplete and incorrect. I need someone who seriously knows how to design electrical, plumbing, and HVAC blueprints. The blueprints are attached. Please respond to this post with 1) an explanation of why the last provider's blueprints are incorrect, point out his errors, so I know you understand the work, and 2) past projects you have done for electrical HVAC and plumbing blueprints. A video/screen share call with me will be required as well to walk me through the changes you intend to make to complete the designs.
