I am seeking a skilled 2D drafter with expertise in Microstation who can convert a PDF into a DWG file and make several modifications to a Process Flow Diagram.
The tasks will include:
- Adding new elements to the diagram, specifically Equipment, Piping, and Instrumentation.
- Modifying existing elements, which entails changing descriptions and connections.
- Relocating elements, changing labels, and resizing as necessary.
