Printed domed brass hour ring

Hello there, we need to recreate a 14cms diameter hour ring for a world globe which has a slight dome. we have the artwork for engraving and the shape of the ring, but we need to know if it is possible to make a cad file of a domed version so it can be printed in lost wax and then cast in brass?
