Preschool Architect Needed

I'm looking for a commercial architect to help design a preschool. The design should cater to the needs of young children and include classrooms, a play area, as well as administrative offices.
Key areas of focus:

In addition, I need the architect to think about the design of the bathroom. The style should be cost-effective and not overly expensive.
