Preparing BOQ for a floor plan one level

I need someone to prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a floor plan I have. The total area of the floor plan is less than 1000 sqm just one level with clear hight of 5 m and I prefer modern construction materials such as steel, glass, and prefabricated materials or traditional construction materials such as concrete, blocks and sandwich panel roof materials. I require an itemized breakdown of costs for this project.
