Prepare a floor plan in CAD from a sketch

Prepare an existing floor plan in CAD from a sketch with dimensions. The plan is of an apartment around 75m2. It is on one floor. Need this urgently. There will be other projects if this one goes well.

I will be happy to pay a bit more if this is produced in Revit or 3D as well showing the heights and internal space.
