Prepare AutoCAD drawings from hand sketches

I have some hand drawn sketches, which shall be drawn in AutoCAD. Important thing is the scale of the drawing. Further, these drawings are to be used for construction purpose, hence the speed and accuracy of work is the essential requirement. Civil engineering / architectural background would be mandatory as there are many things in the drawing which needs attention.
