Pre-Fab Wall Design
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 CAD
I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a pre-fab wall design project. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing wood stud wall panels.
Specific requirements include:
- Designing walls based on provided structural and architectural drawings in conjunction with other trade drawings to eliminate conflicts wherever possible.
- Produce a complete wall design for large multi level multi family buildings complete with cut and component lists for the pre fab shop.
- Wall shop drawings must include plating and layout information.
- Must be able to transfer hold down locations to Total Station for on site layout
Skills and experience needed for this job:
- Proficiency in designing wood wall panels
- Ability to work with provided drawings and create accurate designs
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate plate, layout, and component information
