Pole Barn Concrete Slab Plan

I am building a pole barn in Culpeper County, VA, and the county requires a concrete slab plan. I have plans for the barn that I can send. The project is being held up by this plan. Is this something you can do? I can provide additional detail about my plans for the barn and the weight of some equipment I plan to have (e.g., Bridgeport milling machine and two post car lift).

Must have Virginia Engineering stamp.
