Plans for office remodel/expansion within an existing building

I'm looking to remodel/expand my office within an existing building. The timeline for this project is urgent-- it needs to be complete within one month. The purpose of the remodel is to accommodate more staff, and I would prefer a mix of both open floor plan and private offices. I'm looking for a -pan that includes electrical and HVAC. I am a contractor. Just need plans for permits and execution. Time is of the essence, so I'd like to start work as soon as possible.
