Planos de encofrado + armado

I am looking for a freelancer who can create plans for encofrado and armado for my small bridge project. I have architectural drawings and sketches of the project, so the freelancer will work with those. The ideal candidate should have experience in bridge construction and should be able to provide expertise on encofrado and armado. The project is small, under 100 square meters, so attention to detail is important.
